When I went to see Mrs. Woodruff, I was upset about having to file bankruptcy…again. She not only assured me that it was the right option to take but walked me through the entire process. I was never unaware of what was happening with me case. Mrs. Woodruff fully explained the implications of making certain decisions as well as prevented me from making a huge mistake. I’m very grateful to her for all her hard work, she made filing bankruptcy bearable.

The year of 2010 will be remembered as a financial catastrophe.  My bills were getting larger and larger, both in number and amounts.  I was completely frustrated with the fact that no one would listen or even attempt to meet me half way with getting my situation under control or straightened out. I will accept responsibility for the chaos.  I should have asked from professional advice much sooner than I did.  When I finally was notified that my home was on the calendar to be auctioned on the steps of the courthouse, I faced reality. I believe my luck changed immediately when I chose Ronna Woodruff to represent me in my bankruptcy.  I do not believe anyone else could do a better job than she has for me.  I feel that she really knows what she is going.  She is excellent with gathering information, staying on task, using wise time management. At the same time, you know right away that she is doing all of this to benefit you.  I am sure she could be thinking … “how could you be so naïve to make the mistakes to cause the situation you are now in, ….” but she never makes you feel belittled.

Even though 2010 was a disaster financially, my life is now more enriched because I know Ronna Woodruff is in my corner!

Today I had a most surprising and unusually pleasant experience pertaining to the process of  filing bankruptcy.  Due to circumstances beyond my control I had no choice at this time than to file bankruptcy; something I had never done before and had no idea of how to go about this other than to locate and consult a Bankruptcy Lawyer.  It was my good fortune to meet and consult with Ronna M. Woodruff of Woodruff Law. After my initial consultation I met with Mrs. Woodruff, going forward with the filing process of my bankruptcy petition. I have to admit I was nervous of the unknown but my fears were dashed when I was warmly welcomed into the office; before we proceeded the whole concept of bankruptcy filing was explained to me. Mrs. Woodruff exhibited patience and compassion bringing that personal element to the process but at all times her professionalism was strongly manifested.  I left the meeting totally confident and satisfied and looking forward to my future meetings with Woodruff Law.
